TODO:

  • Per Minute IRQ
  • Investigate whether I have to do anything for 12/24hr mode
  • Control Bit 7 Behaviour
  • Better Detection of whether a ROM uses RTC or not
    • Game Database?
    • Learn more about "SIIRTC_V"
